Hello Ray,

Great collection. Your ancients are exceptionally well painted.

Some nice additions, particularly like what I assume are the cossacks.

Thank you Roger, the Austrians were done by Fernando ent. in Sri Lanka and the detail on the flag was so fine it wasn't until I took the picture and blew it up that I could see the fine detail such as the unit numbers in the upper corners of the flag.

Just recieved these fresh troops from Fernando Ent. Sri Lanka, seem to always have issues on the business side but the quality of the work is really great.
This is The American Civil War, Gen. Bufords !st Cavalry, day1 Gettysberg.

Figures on the site are not from Henniges. I know they have more figures.

Yes there are some crusaders. I think most of them are at Menz and Wilken.
At Wilken, they are still marked  EH on the footstands. Golberg engraved new footstands. Henniges was born in 1911 and died 2/21 1983. I know of nine different engravers for his figures. After his death, his  moulds were sold to 11 different producers.

Thanks again Bernt.
Just out of interest, were there many more in the Crusader set?

Henniges was quite a large publisher of figures. I have his catalog from the 70s which contains 44 pages with illustrated figures. The moulds wehr  sold in the 80's to many other publishers. I think all his figure is still being sold.
