These figures would have it at
Erhardt Straßburg
Zwickauer Straße 120
04279 Leipzig
give (www.zinnfigur-strassburg.de).

Engraving is created by W.Otto.

O.K. but I bought the figures pictured in this tread by Historia Müller which is in their catalogue as C142. This set is 80 mm, and engraved by Peter Sturm, edition Wolfgang Hasenpflug (see a couple of comments below).

But there is also a set of 30 mm which is, as you say, engraved by Werner Otto and of edition Ernst Seidel (ES).

Thanks for your input.  :)

O.K. Nickball, your forced me to look more closely and after some search in the Schenzle publication I finally found it. Thank you for that!  :)
See below. The somewhat strange "h" fooled me, but that is the editor's marking. The engraver, Peter Sturm's marking, was also a bit tricky to recognize. Which of the two artists Timper and Heinrichs is the remaining question.
So here we are.

Can anybody help?

I need help to find out who made the drawing and the engraving, respectively,  of these two figures. The editor Marie-Luise Müller (HISTORIA Müller) could not say who they were.

The figures are taken from a painting by Frank MacCarthy, “The lone sentinel” which appears in the book “The art of Frank C. MacCarthy” by William Morrow and co. 1992, and is pictured here too.
