sorry lads that i did not show up for a couple of days with update...baskets made me almost to break brushes    ..... all done just to spray it with matt and tomorrow last update with black paper backround

Well, yes and no. I think the spear shadow should follow the curve of the leg. Close in, narrow and strong; further away, wider and more diffuse. Likewise the shadow on the lizard, but probably less curved and diffues. Not sure if I'm explaining it correctly.

@fesak: if you search "stormtroopers on tatooine" on google images you will get several pics of the lizard and the troopers and be able to see the lights and shadows as well as the weathering. There will also be some artwork that will show how the artists treated shiny white plastic, dust, etc. Have fun with it.

thank you, Glen    i ll do my best, i still need to learn more techniques of painting, now i m using mix of acrylic as base and oils for blending (wet blend).....my actual issue is, as i will finish, how to paint natutal shadows of light???

 ..... anyway my progress as usual below

I think the lizard is looking pretty good! The storm trooper is going to be a bit difficult; the armor has a glossy plastic look to it. Then it's got some Tatooine dust on it.
