You can find a set in 30 mm with Richelieu with his cats  or Louis XIII with Richelieu in 30 mn too, in this second set they are sitting and are speaking. The editor is Rheinolds Pfandlzelter  a member of AFCFEF

Look at C Terana catalogue here in the site
He has both LouisXiii and Richelieu
You colud also use the figure of Conde at Rocroi in the Louis XIV staff from Gottstein
Idid it and it fits very well
