Very interesting and educational to see the same figure with two different techniques beside each other!
It is a true challenge to paint metal with paint.

A 30mm Bretegnier figure recently recast;
I painted one with oil (payne grey, prussian blue, alizarine carmine and white) on a white undercoat and the other directly on the bare tin
