Selling Older Flats
« Reply #1 on: February 06, 2014, 12:52:38 PM »
Hi everyone I am new to the site and just finding my way around.  I was wondering if it is possible to get advice on selling a mixed collection of old flat figures.  Most are already painted but as I am a round figure painter I do'nt know enough about theses figures to just offer them for sale.

I received these figures from the widow of a good friend of mine as a donation to our model club, to raise funds, they have been painted in various styles and standards some good and some toy soldier like with gloss paints. They are about 25mm and are mounted knights looks like Agincourt, Black Brunswickers, Egyptians with Chariot and on foot fighting an African Elephant with crew. There are also 3 Afrika Korps vehicles with figures Rommel included in one, Lace wars figures, Culloden figures, Gothic Knight Figures, Napoleonic Cannon being pushed by Crew, ECW figures & Horses.

I am hoping to get a fair price for the lot as they stand but I would appreciate it if someone is willing to give me an opinion on value I can post photos or email them.

Most of these figures are years old and I am sure they are oop at this stage, but I am open to correction.

All monies raised will go towards the running of our annual figure and Model show in Dublin.

Thanks in advance
