Michel,
Sturm stands for Peter Sturm, the Editor (edited ca 1983) UL for Ulrich Lehnart (makes the Drawings)
I have added a picture "Hannibal crossing the Rhone" - found this pic on Ebay and added to my collection
of useful pics

I have received figures with plate markings "
UL Sturm
" and "
AHxx
" (xx = 01, 02, 0...")
Any idea of who is the engraver and the editor of such flats? (Greece, Macedonia, Persian ...)
