Seems to be clearly from the upper right to my eye, not sure on wind chill though...

I would put the light source from the upper right at approx 30 degrees with a wind chill factor of 8

I like this Chris, personnally I would have made the shadow slightly darker in the folds of the elbows and under the armpits, but for a beginner that's not too bad!!!!  :o

Very nice. Precise brushwork, but I'm having difficulty discerning the light source's direction. Seems to be straight from the viewer's right, but not sure. Might be a contrast thing...
