Very nice painting, good effect of the MNM metal painting of the helmet and chainmail...
Also the life of Robert de Breteuil, 4th Earl of Leicester is fascinating !!!

I can't help to say (repeatedly) that it is really a pleasure to work with each of these figures engraved by Ludwig Frank!
Also the Zeichnungen should have been excellent ones (unfortunately I do not know the author), but the realization by Mr. Frank is really artistic!
Each one is a real artwork!

Super, and interesting to read the life of Sandor Sir Hugues, Count of Vermandois. He died during the first crusade unfortunately in Tarsus during the second Crusade, as he did not attempt the siege of Jerusalem during the first one! ...
