Thank you for the replies gentlemen.
I have gone to the address given but cannot get past the 'Catalogue" window.
I cannot find the series of knights from their printed catalogue that I am keen on purchasing.
Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly?
All help is appreciated.
Thanks

I have a very good experience with Wolfgang Friedrich, Ulrich Lehnart and Dittmar (Schmalkalder)

I have also had good luck/response with Sophie.

I have noticed in the last year however, responses from a number of Editors becoming very haphazard.  Responses taking several weeks, no response until the 3rd try etc.  I know a number of these folks are doing this as a sideline and or it is a tough environment but, if you are trying to maintain a business over the web this is not helping the cause.  (Granted at times these are sole proprietors and vacations and life get in the way - I am pretty patient - but, this has become a real sore point.)

I have a very pleasant track record with purchasing online, good quality and nice people.  But, in this last year it has become very noticeable such that folks willing to engage actively and answer questions via email or through their website are really are standing out.  (One of the reasons I give Berliner Zinnfiguren high marks - they cost a bit more, but their customer service, and response and product are always outstanding.)  I have several orders not placed because I quite honestly gave up.

Anyway given that my ask from everyone - please call out Editors that you have a nice experience with and compliment their good work, product and communication - it's helpful to know who to purchase from.

If your results are different, I would say wait until it comes up or ask the group such as John is doing and hopefully it is the wrong email address or family event.  (I don't want to be negative with specific vendors based on little data, they have enough issues to deal with.)

Anyway good luck with Segom and Sophie, John.  Hopefully your experience will be as positive as mine and Alberto's were.

Sophie Barriere sent an e-mail this past weekend linking her site for Christmas orders.  Highly recommend her personal service with excellent communication and fast shipping. The flats are top notch.

Hello John
Try www.figurines-soldats.com for Segom website. Anyway, I have never placed an order with them so I can't tell you about their reply. Alberto

I am trying to order some of the Tournament knight sets from Barriere but cannot find them on the web site.
Actually I could not navigate to any of their online catalogue.

I have an old catalogue of theirs where I saw the sets.
I sent a note to them but not sure if it actually got "sent".
Has anyone had better success?
