That's an appealing group and nicely painted, Eric. The cuirassier looks like he's poised to say something: "Sans parler de la carte, messieurs. Voici l'ennemi !"

Regarding the cuirassier officer's nose, that's a funny thing sometimes about flats. A feature will look just fine on one side and not so good from the other. Then to trim or not to trim ?  I have one old Heinricshen flat where the face is in profile on one side and frontal on the other. The poor man has three eyes in total but the casting actually looks good from either side.

Nicely done as always.  The addition of a an officer in red - Swiss Regiment? - is a nice touch.

Judging from the smiles though I suspect they are up to something - planning a path to the nunnery or perhaps a local wine stash.

A lively little set Eric,.

The cuirasseur on the end ( right) has a bit of a weird nose?  is it a bit of an odd casting?

A nice little group of Napoleonic officers
A colonel of a swiss regiment, an infantry officer, a staff officer and a cuirassier colonel
Good design and engraving
