I am happy to report that my order with Ettlinger zinnfiguren was 100% positive.
There were several questions I had prior to placing my order, all of which were promptly responded to.
Upon placing my order, I received an email from Dieter confirming my order with an estimated delivery time.
All items arrived in perfect condition.  Fortunately Dieter accepts Paypal, a real bonus for me as I live in the US.
I will be placing another order in the future due to the excellent quality of the figures and customer service.

many are not familiar with this pharmacy.
They mainly sell museum figures and greater than 30 mm.
But I have time to catalog for additional lovers.
 :)
