I assume you are asking about the Fairy wedding which is Jupiter Miniatures - I think 2D has this as well or EBAY.de has it once in a while. The swan is from Vladamir Nuzhdin which also can be ordered from 2D I think.

I have just received International Figure magazine No54.in it is Brian Keywoods very sincere homage to Mike Taylor.Brian is to be congratulated on what must have been a difficult article to compose.
