X2 on the well done! The soft transitions on the skin tones are great and the hair turned out really well. Make some notes on what you did and refer to them on your next piece. Don't rely on your memory (speaking from experience, here...). I'm looking forward to the next one!

It appears the hair has been lightened on the viewer's left, but I still think it needs the higher lights. This is what makes female figures so much different than male figures. I photo-shopped some lights onto your last photo to illustrate what I mean. It is only a small sample, so maybe there should be more over the top and along the viewer's left side. The hair on the viewer's rights seems to be in darker shadow, so it might not be catching the final highlights. I hope you don't mind...
