if i'm not mistaken there not your conventional type of flat( not engraved by 'sculpted and then cast) but i remember they where sold by a trader at Kulmbach, they also do the ceramic cast releif flats, you could try contacting them, or what about bestsoldier site, they stocked Mussini flats in the past they might still be able to get them for you..
