Hi Nicholas,

I must admit the subject is not my type of thing, but if I am ever lucky enough to have grand daughters I am sure that will change! Beautifully painted and with spring on the way, I can only hope we have the sort of days the mouse is enjoying...

Hmm, a hammock, coveralls, and a snooze. How very rural south. The only thing missing is a jug of corn squeezin's.

WELL DONE!

Finished all the flowers, just the Hammock and some fine details on the Mouse to do.

Hopefully finished for the show on Saturday in Guildford.

Thank you Isabelle, I like these types of  fantasy figures, they are very cute and very relaxing to paint.

Thank you Peter.

The figure is by Maier, he does all sorts of Mice and Rabbits, a bit along the lines of Beatrice Potter, beautifully engraved and very charming.
