Title: Wallenstein's mounted Ritter
Post by: snagy on May 03, 2017, 03:29:14 AM
I would need 2-3 figures of the mounted Ritter of Wallenstein (TYW-period) - see below.
Possibly unpainted, but painted would be also good (irrespectively of the paint-quality, since they will be stripped and re-painted anyway).

Any idea where they would be available?
(OK, eBay for one - but other source would be interested)
Thank you!

Thank you, Mike - even 1-2 would be a help.
The figures and P/P costs would be done via PayPal - accprdong to your calculation.

In the meantime I found another photo - so there might have been created different ones:

Thank you for the nice pics, Wolfgang!
Is there any proposal how I could obtain the figure?
Or only hunting it up on the second-hand market?

Hello Snagy,
the figure you looking for belong to a set showing Wallensteins coach with some surrounding figures. It was the Kulmbach set of the Klio in 1981 I think. One horseman was with the original set and one was additional (together with some other figures).
I think you can get the figures from the successors of Sixtus Maier, but I´m very sorry I didn´t have an adresse or the name here. Maybe someone else can help.

Thank you Christoph for the info!
Anyhow I am on "hot scent" now!
Actually I am just painting the six-horse-coach of Wallenstein set, that was issued really on the 1981 Kulmbach event.
I should like to raise the number of the "Leibwache" on my installation - so I would need a few horsemen more.
Best regards-
