We have lots of guests visit the forum, how many are flat painters or are wanting to have a go but not sure how to, so here's one for you we have a basic figure for you to have a go if your interested, cost will be post plus a small amount for cost of the tin.
The figure is Cromwell, 54mm one side and you can even have basic instructions on how to paint it, less then £4 you could take that first step to painting flats.

Isn't this how drug peddlers drag in new customers?

You start with a single figure, and say you can stop whenever you want. Next, you're on several figures a day. Before you realise what's happening, it's the whole Retreat from Moscow. Then you are reduced to pleading with 2D figures to find you that special figure you absolutely must have, whatever it costs.....

This is a good idea. A simple print-out of clean up, priming, and paints with an explanation of shadows, highlights, and directional lighting. Snag 'em, tag 'em, and bag 'em...
