can you help me in identifying what nationality and what regiment are these figures?

Russian would be my first guess, but someone on here will know, I'm sure ;)

I would say that they are from a German States which state had Green & White. Willie

Ok after looking at the funcken book I think it is The Duches de Saxe . There is a plate of  Uhlan 1815 with a lance pinnit white or green just like in the pictre but with blue facing and pants and saddle blanket Willie

many thanks for your kind support. German confederation sounds to me as the most probable. I will have a double check in this direction.
