Hello Roger, in the 18th century under the Prussian conditions,
it may have been duraus a stick to discipline of the recruits and the distancing and order.
That this so long, this stick as
Walking assistance to utes was certainly useful.
Appropriate to the rank of Ofiziers so this should also be provided with entspächenden jewelry (hand knob), so he is also a pleasure to hold.

Thanks Wolfgang, a big stick with a brass knob is useful for disciplining recruits.  :o :o :o
